Instantly Mark knew that even though he knew absolutely nothing about sewing or quilting, it was something that he wanted to do. The journey was not always easy or successful but following his favorite quote from Winston Churchill, “Never, never, never give up,” he continued to pursue his dream of becoming a quilter. Join Mark for a hilarious overview of a man quilting his way through this “women’s world.” Mark also uses this lecture as an excellent opportunity to encourage his audiences to pursue their own dreams. His belief is, “If I can do it, you can, too, and here’s how.” Supplies are not required for a lecture although you may want to bring a pen and paper to take notes.

The art of appliqué is always magical and all three design elements are used to celebrate the holiday season. They are a delightful representation of charm and elegance.
