Rose Parr

Rose has been sewing for 40 years, quilting for 30, and working as a Personal Trainer since 1995. In addition, she holds certifications in Ergonomics, Nutrition, Arthritis, and Older Adult Training. Healthy quilting includes the ergonomics of sewing, pressing, cutting, and quilting, as well as stretches designed for quilters’ neck, sore shoulders, lower backache, and carpal tunnel syndrome prevention. She loves traveling the globe to teach quilters how to take the pain out of their favorite pastime.
