Don’t miss your chance to spend a day with Cindy Seitz-Krug learning several of her basic machine quilting techniques. To start, students will learn the basics of using a walking foot and the many designs that can be done with simple, straight lines. Then, you will spend quite a bit of time working on three different types of free-motion feathers. Lastly, Cindy will teach her technique for background stippling. Many other things will be covered in this class, such as threads, needles, and batting. You will also learn the “order of quilting” so that when you quilt your own quilts, you’ll know which type of quilting to do first, second, and so on. Let Cindy lead the way, and you’ll learn how to easily manage your large quilts on your home sewing machine!

Registration for this class includes show admission for Friday.
