Once you’ve learned how to piece and quilt your perfect project, it’s time to learn how to take care of yourself while you’re sewing! Join Rose for a necessary and informative lecture on how to Sew Smart. She’ll teach you the best ways to position yourself for cutting, sewing, and pressing so your favorite pastime doesn’t cause you pain. You’ll learn stretches for your neck, back, and shoulders and the best ways to take care of arthritic hands and prevent carpal tunnel while working on your quilts. This is a lecture not to be missed! Supplies are not required for a lecture, although you may want to bring a pen and paper to take notes.
